DW Control Bass Drum Beater

When to choose it
Use the DWSM110 if you want to test the feel of different beater weights without buying separate shafts. Start at 64 grams with the removable weights out. Add the supplied 10-gram weights one at a time and play the same pattern. The fully loaded assembly is 104 grams, so you can repeat a setup by noting how many weights you used.
The supplied flat felt, rounded felt and flat plastic faces let you compare contact separately from weight. Keep the weight, height and head the same when switching faces. DW developed the Control alongside its MDD pedal. Check the receiver and clearance of the pedal you own before choosing it as a replacement.
